PAVILION BAR MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Southgate Hockey Centre is a busy, thriving hockey facility with two first class artificial pitches
running at near full capacity on evenings and weekends and with some facility use during
weekdays. The centre is also home to a running club and provides winter training for a number of
local football and rugby clubs. The Pavilion Bar is the heart of the Centre with a stunning bar
and beer garden.

The Pavilion Bar Manager is responsible for all aspects of running the bar and overseeing the
facility when in use. This includes staff management, ordering and monitoring of supplies, facility
management relating to the bar and kitchen, management of kitchen, working with the clubs and
clients for their event and general use.

The Pavilion Bar Manager is part of a compact team responsible for running the facility and also
part of a large family of club members and centre users.

Hours The role requires 40 hours a week which will include Saturdays and Sundays

Job Type: Full-time Salary: £30,000.00 per year
