The Ladies 1st team had a fabulous away win against East London on Saturday and are looking forward to continued improvement under new coach Martin Foxall. Goals for Hannah Kilpatrick (PC43), Charlotte Childs (PC47), Sofia Martin (PC68), Milly Berndes-Cade (PC69).

An outstanding 4-0 win for ‘THE GATE’ against East London, with Hannah, Milly BC, Sofia and La Capitana Charlotte scoring the goals.🥳

Man of the Match goes to our machine, Filly, who bossed the centre of the pitch with her slick skills and her perfect passes. Despite being most likely to shout the word ‘hey’ when being fouled, she had yet another incredible game.👏

DOD was awarded to Sofia who managed to bruise herself with her own stick, who was closely followed by Lucy Sheff who chucked the ball off the pitch by an attempted aerial. What a team we have .😂

Yet again Martin got a bit too excited on the sidelines after being told 3 times to step off the pitch. As we can see his title of ‘no mistakes since 1990’ has been broken. 😬

Overall the team played phenomenally and hopefully we can bring our teamwork and work rate into next week’s game too. Let’s go!!! 🙌
