We believe in growing our talent so that individuals achieve their full potential; nurturing and developing our senior and junior membership with high-quality coaching.

We actively promote a culture of volunteering to ensure the friendly atmosphere and sustainability of Southgate Hockey Club.

We have an expectation that players, coaches, parents, and others involved with the Club will do their best to support, promote, and celebrate the achievements of the Club at all levels.
