Southgate Hockey Club has put together a Survey which we would like to encourage ALL players / parents / supporters and members to complete.
Once we have reviewed all feedback we would like to present the findings along with some ideas of how we would like to move the Club forward going into the 2015 / 2016 Hockey Season. We would like to do this with the help of all members of the club so that we can ensure everyone is a part of the future of Southgate Hockey Club.

PLEASE CAN WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE HONEST AND OPEN IN YOUR FEEDBACK AND ENSURE IT IS AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE CAN MAKE SURE ALL ISSUES AND PRAISE ARE DIRECTED ACCORDINGLY.
Once the survey results have been reviewed we are looking to have an open session at the Clubhouse, where all members / parents / players and supporters are encouraged to join us to go through the survey results and open up the floor to any other discussions you may like to raise. This will look to be on the 8th of August at 13.30pm at the Clubhouse (further notice of this will be sent out closer to the date).
