Date: Friday 21st June – Sunday 23rd June 2019 with camping from 16:00 on the Friday
Each year teams from all over the country join us for our festival of hockey, socialising and fun (in the sun, we hope).
This year we are shaking things up and will be offering up to 5 separate tournaments, so make sure you sign up today, limited spaces available!

There will be 2 nights of camping, Saturday night BBQ and entertainment all on site. Matches are played on our awesome water-based AstroTurf as well as our hybrid turf.
Each team is guaranteed at least five matches over the course of the weekend.
EARLY BIRD ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN (Booked and Paid before March 31 2019) – £350 per team of 10 (each additional team member will be charged an extra £25)
If you are bringing a larger squad please let us know in advance so that we can cater accordingly.

TEAM ENTRIES after 31 March 2019 are £400 per team.
£150 cheque to be brought on day of registration. The cheque will only be cashed after the tournament is over if you do not fulfil your fixtures, if drinking takes place on the pitches or if any property is damaged by your team.
Tournament facilities included in the entry fee:
- Minimum of 5 games per team over the duration of the weekend
- 2 nights of on-site camping
- Late night bar on Friday night
- BBQ food, and Party on Saturday night (over 18s only)
- Full use of the clubhouse facilities throughout the weekend
Food will also be available to purchase throughout the course of the weekend as well as special tournament drinks offers.
Entries will not be accepted without a completed entry form, contact details and full payment.
Fees are non-refundable for cancellations after 31st May 2019. Entries will be confirmed by email following the closing date.
