Today’s match against Chiswick saw a remarkable display of teamwork and dedication from Southgate, with several players stepping up to fill crucial roles on the field. Despite the absence of some regular starters, everyone rose to the occasion, demonstrating their determination, and commitment to the club and teammates.

As the game wore on, it became clear that Southgate was not going to back down. Despite the relentless pressure, our we continued to fight with grit and determination, matching Chiswick’s intensity stride for stride.

In the end, the match ended in a 3-0 loss but it felt like a win with the second half remaining 0-0, a testament to Southgate’s resilience and refusal to be overcome by the league leaders. While Chiswick may have maintained their position at the top of the table, Southgate’s performance proved that they are a force to be reckoned with, capable of standing strong against even the toughest of opponents
