🧣 COLDER WEATHER, SAME HOCKEY SPIRIT!
With the clocks changing and winter approaching, a little reminder to everyone heading down to the pitch:
- 🧤 Bring warm layers, gloves and a waterproof jacket.
- 🧥 Make sure players have something warm to put on immediately after training or matches.
- 💧 Keep drinking water — hydration matters even when it’s cold!
- 🏑 Most importantly, keep turning up, working hard and enjoying your hockey!
The temperature may be dropping, but our Southgate spirit certainly isn’t!
